RESULTS OF EARLY SELECTIONS: (Sent November 3rd) =============================================== NCAAF Week 10: November 2-5 PART I EARLY SELECTIONS   Thoughts: If you like the favorite, get it fast. If you like the dog wait. That's usually how it goes...and all the while, be aware of key numbers to snuff out traps and such. I have here my key numbers for CFB (I've posted this before...and remember that they differ from sport to sport):   Key Margins of victory in College Football (from most significant by occurrence to least): 3, 7, 10, 14, 17, 4, 21, 2, 1, 6, 24, 5, 8, 11, 28 , 20 Key Final Scores in ... 2 Winners to kick off the weekend! +2.5% Blowout winners.

THURSDAY: Rice +27 @ Houston (OU 71) PLAYING Raw: Houston covers by +5.5 points Projected Total: 73.66 points (PLAY THE OVER) #108 Houston -27.5 (1.5 units) WINNER! over Rice Houston is worth the lumber here, and this will probably go over that huge total as well. Note: if you tease anything, fyi 65 is a somewhat key you could get under there. I like the side better on this one and the next game. Last time these two coaches faced off at home for Houston the score was 73-14. Here they are again after a previous 42-56 loss for Sumlin at home for Rice. The 7-0 team is almost completely healthy compared to Rice who has almost 10 ... More

NCAAF Winner Friday Night +2.5%

#308 Louisville +1 (2.5 units) WINNER! over Rutgers Greg Schiano and his Rutgers Scarlet Knights are now 5-1 off of 3 straight wins, the last two were at home. The Knights barely pulled the win over Navy (21-20). Louisville is off of 3 straight losses here, the last two on the road. Who would want to back Louisville here? 80% of the bets are on Rutgers here; I love that. Greg Schiano is 1-2 ATS on the road against Louisville. Look at what these scores were: Greg Schiano - 1-2 ATS - 2-0 OU v. Louisville Louisville is 2-4 desperately needing a win here; the Knights shot their wad in three wins, and now have a ... More

World Series Game 1 – STL v. TEX 2-0 +3.5%

Texas v. St. Louis Under: This weather is crazy. I like the under, and I actually like a little bit on STL here. For what it's worth, I'm not too far from St. Louis; it's windy enough to knock the wires around and real chilly here right now. Its my opinion that this one turns into a pitcher's duel. I played baseball at one point, and I can tell you that if it is 46 degrees, windy like mad, and rain pelting you in your face; it's not fun batting. Cracking the ball in the cold is one thing on your hands; but both teams might just be wacking away here thinking about not getting hit by a pitch on your bare hand. People think ... More

NCAAF Week 8 Part 1 – Arkansas State v. Florida International +2 Units

#302 Arkansas State -2.5 (2 units) WINNER! over Florida International Arkansas State is 4-1 SU and 4-1 SU winning by an average of 21.4 points while Hugh Freeze has been around. They've had a tougher schedule here than Florida Int.; I like them as small home favorites. Florida International is only 9-15 ATS under Mario Cristobal and 3-21 SU losing by an average -21 points. My raw numbers project Arkansas State to cover this line by 7 points. Ryan Aplin throws for 300 yds per game and his reciever Dwayne Frampton averages over 100 yards receiving per game at 7.8 yards per catch. The Panthers don't have a good passing ... More

Free Play – MNF Teaser (Detroit/Chicago)

DETROIT v. CHICAGO - Side and Total : (1 unit) 6 Pt. Teaser with: #430 Detroit Lions -0.5 (from the -6.5 spread) DET Lions | CHI Bears UNDER 53 (from the 47 game total) WINNER! The pick for tonight is Detroit. After the win against Carolina, the Bears might come into this one prepared; maybe they'll be okay with the loss after breaking a losing streak. Since 2005, the Lions are 2-10 against the Bears. Since that same season they are 1-5 to the Bears at home. I remember what happened last season: Detroit had a great season, but their very first game seemed to have put them in a foul mood. Detroit was celebrating a ... More
