High School Player Scores 71 – Team Still Loses

When a team requires it’s star player to score in bulk to be competitive, that team often isn’t all that successful. When a team’s star player scores 71 points in a game, however, it’s reasonable to assume they earned a victory. This wasn’t the case for Minnesota’s Lakeview Christian Academy last Saturday, as their star player Anders Broman put up a whopping 71 points and the team still lost to Melrose High, 114-1110. Vincent Jackson to Play for the Chicago Bears

No one is more excited about the Chicago Bears off season changes than Quarterback Jay Cutler. When asked about the addition of hiring of Jim Bates, Cutler’s Quarterback Coach in Denver, he responded back “I’m very, very excited.” The changes in scheme are nice, but Jay Cutler also wants to see a change in personnel. During an interview with the Silvy & Waddle Show on AM Radio in Nashville, Tennessee, Cutler was asked about Free Agent to be Vincent Jackson. Update: Rams Plan To Trade #2 Pick

The St. Louis Rams have made the decision to trade the No. 2 pick in April's draft, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN. The report states that the Rams have held trade discussions with Cleveland, Washington and Miami. It is assumed that the three clubs would be attempting to maneuver up the board to pick one of the top two quarterbacks available - Andrew Luck or Robert Griffin III. The Rams don't have a need at quarterback with 2000 top pick Sam Bradford already in the fold. More
