'and 7<=total<=9'
totals 7 and 9 in MLB are the two most common (relatively frequent).
So we talk about logic in queries here a lot now. What does filtering out totals outside of that high frequency range mean?

In a move which could suddenly create a quarterback problem for the San Francisco 49ers, QB Alex Smith and the Miami Dolphins are reportedly in contract talks. Mike Klis of the Denver Post reports that the two sides are in talks which could land Smith in Miami next season. Let's say you have a team that made the public money in an odd spot in MLB one season.
