NFL Week 13 Selections and Writeups

***NFL+NCAAF TOP PLAYS: 11-4-0 ATS since NFL WK 5*** These plays were sent earlier. I wanted to fire them off so you could get the lines. Mostly technical raw numbers supporting these plays, but as usual, I have some thoughts... -- NFL RAW NUMBERS --Top Plays (1) NFL Dec 06 1:00 pm Falcons vs Bucs Take: Falcons +2 -=TOP PLAY=- for 1.5 units Thoughts: The Falcons haven't covered the spread in one single game of their last 7 games. Reading into it a bit more, you'll see that they were favorites in every single one of them. That means pressure to perform; this is a different spot. We're back to how things were for ... More

Carolina -7 Best Bet of the Week Write-up

In the news: *Rob Ryan was fired this week as the Saint's defensive coordinator. About damn time. That's it. That is the biggest news from me. There are other big things, but nothing trumps this one. Read the paper if you want anything else. For those of you who just joined, this is my one little fan bias in the NFL. The Saints made me a ton of money until Rob Ryan came in at defensive coordinator losing me money until I caught on and wasting some of an elite QB's precious time in the NFL. There's more, but that's it in a nutshell. A stagnant fart lingers on though from Rob Ryan. Read on below.... -- NFL WEEK 11 SELECTIONS ... More

Houston +10.5 wins straight up

YESTERDAY - Houston +11 won Straight up 10 to 6; never sorry when I pass, but it is worth pointing out as Houston was the largest raw number edge of the week. NFL raw numbers went a 10-1 ATS for anything with greater than a field goal edge. A perfect 6-0 for anything greater than 7.5 - The raw numbers have only done better than this week once before since I've run them; they almost swept the whole week's slate missing none other than the MNF game. Clickin' better than ever on that end... Anyways, the one play where passing was not recommended, Pacers +5, hit bringing that record to a very strange +666 units on the tee. More

Perfect 3-0 So Far with Two Large Upsets

(Email sent on 11/12/2015) "Thoughts: Last week was another good week; lost on the Miami top play, but went 3-0 on the rest for roughly 2% gain. Betting for the new Miami coach was a good move that I'd do again. This time the candidate made a very bad call early on to go for it on 4th down instead of rewarding his team for a 90 yard drive with a field goal. The team seemed deflated after that botched call plus stopping at 4th and goal pumped Buffalo up beyond belief. Stupid decision. In the News: *Teddy Bridgewater knocked unconcious. Zimmer didn't shake hands and Fisher denied that it was a dirty play. I see a feud here. Keep that ... More

Has The NFL Finally Achieved Parity?

From My Newsletter: "Split the Top plays last week 1-1 (so 4-1 now since week 4; when I said to start betting). The Seahawks cashed by a mile like all 3 top plays before it, but Philly seems like it was called wrong. Looking back, maybe it should have been a runner up as it was 90% a technical play. With the Seahawks, we had the added angle that, if they lost, there would be no chance to make the playoffs this season and the 49ers were easy pickin'sThe Eagles bet made me feel stupid, but the Colts bet did much more. I almost made Colts -4 a top play, but most of you know since I made the Saints' Super Bowl call several years ago, Drew ... More

(4-0 run on NFL Top plays now) *1-0 in NCAAF last night (24-14 SU win for Temple +3) *2-0 in NHL last night (NHL Sides 4-0 now) Total: 4-0 Sweep! Nice run now. Always be thinking about doing things to lock in gains. Don't loosen up and bet willy nilly. Consider cashing out back to starting bankroll if using variable 1% units, etc... More
